Finance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• รายละเอียดงาน Duties & Responsibilities 1. Daily management of the financial department; 2. Provide analysis reports on costs, expenses, sales, profits, financial statements and other contents to the management; 3. Make the company's profit plan, financial planning, budget management, fund management and other work, and supervising the implementation of the process; 4. Set up and improve the company's internal accounting organization, guidance and management system, as well as accounting and financial management rules and regulations; 5. Organize the analysis of economic activities, made the company's financial plans and cost plans, increase income and reduced cost, and improve efficiency; 6. Participated in the formulation of the company's strategic planning, and be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the finance strategy; 7. Tax analysis, tax planning and implementation; communicate and coordinate with tax authorities to maintain the relationship between tax authorities and company; 8. Contacted and cooperated with accounting firms to handle annual financial reports and audit; 9. Communicate and coordinate with banks, fulfil corporate financing according to the needs of company; 10. Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร Male, 40 years old max; (Male is preferred) Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, auditing or economy, CPA is preferred; Hardworking with carefulness; Be responsible for his job; Good communication and negotiation skill. Work experience: At least 8 years working experience in manufacturing companies, at least 3 years working experience as department manager; Familiar with Thai tax law, BOI privilege, familiar with other Southeast Asian countries tax law is a plus; Experience in cost accounting, tax planning, financing, etc. Familiar with financial software, such as ERP and SAP; Language: Chinese, English is preferred; Good communication and coordination skills.
