หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Position: Factory Manager. Location: Laem Chabang, Chon Buri Province, Thailand. Job Type: Full Time. Report to: United Brands Director Manufacturing, Asia. Summary Of Position
• Oversee and coordinate all factory day-to-day operations.
• Duties & Responsibilities - The Factory Manager is responsible for general supervision for all phases of factory operations including production, quality control, accounting, import/export, maintenance, training, receiving, and shipping.
• Aid in the initial setup of the factory.
• Able to work with local government officials when the needs arise.
• Ensure factory upkeep and security issues are implemented and maintained.
• Develop and implement safety procedures factory wide.
• Ensure employees are properly cared for, i.e., terms of employee’s contracts are met.
• Ensure all factory operations meet or exceed all government regulations.
• Maintain an orderly and clean factory.
