Leadership: Lead and develop local HR team to match increasing business expectations. Work closely with the top-management team to develop HR strategies, HR policies, and organizational cultures that align with organizational goals to drive a positive employee experience during the employee life cycle, from onboarding to employee development and continuous employee engagement.
Overall HR governance: Ensure consistency, ease of use and compliance for HR policies, systems, and processes. Some of which will be globally governed, and others locally designed and / or fine-tuned.
Recruitment: Enable the business to source appropriate talent, by active sourcing and effective selection using competencies, psychometrics, and behavioral selection methodologies. Oversee end-to-end recruitment process to attract the best talent and ensure that candidates selected are fitted with organizational cultures. Coordinate with other departments to understand each team's requirements and plan for recruitment to get the right one.
Training and Development: Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development. Also, create personal development for all staff to find the relevant training course to improve work efficiency and also personal skills.
HRIS: Maintain HRIS system, data and reports to provide accurate and timely information for effective business and HR planning. Responsible for payroll, employee leave reports, VISA, work permitted reports, and HR reports.
Performance Management: Execute local performance management processes with utmost accuracy and timeliness – Ex: Year-end performance reviews, Merit and Bonus processes, Compensation & Benefits Processes, Job Evaluations, etc.
Employee Relations: Draft and maintain active employee communications and execute events to maintain good employee relations across all country locations. Handle employee-related issues within the organization
Career and succession planning: Identify and maintain succession plans for all key positions, including implementation of appropriate development programs. Create a manpower plan and forecast a manpower budget including employee benefit packages

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or other related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources with at least 2 years of managerial position in the field
Relevant work experience with leading digital or logistics companies such as Agoda, Lazada, Shopee, Kerry Express, Flash, etc. is a plus
Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English and Thai
Deep domain knowledge in the field of logistics, especially in freight forwarding, road-freight, and hub operations is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Having deep knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and the ability to manage employee relations issues
