Supervisor Quality System (Document Control)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate for all document control activities e.g. register, file/retrieve, distribute, keeping etc
• Operate the online system to complete the Document Action Request (DAR) process
• Prepare annual document review, document master list
• Co-ordinate with DLD Thailand and prepare the support document for health certificate issue e.g. BLSC, product flow etc
• Internal auditor for FSQA program (HALAL, BRCGS- SQMS, GHPs/ HACCP, GMP monthly and customer audit)
• Summarize and prepare monthly report of micro results for government and customer. Review and sampling plan set up
• Product release in SAP system (Q withdraw), issue and verify Certificate of Analyis (COA) of finished product as required
• Food suggestion box summary report monthly

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in food sciences, food technology or related fields.
• 1 year of experience in QA function in food industries.
• Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and BRC.
• Food safety and quality system knowledge in food manufacturing .
