Evaluates product sensory to ensure quality is comply with customer requirements and management of staff to ensure proper and efficient daily operations of assigned tasks.

Customer reporting and prompt communication with high profile external customers, as well as, internal customers to continually recommend and improve current programs and relations.

Prepare of product sample and coordinate with customer to sending sample for support customer as request .

Create shelf life study protocol of all products, follow up results untill at the end of study and summarized in report to ensure product quality is follow customer requirement.

Update and training product sensory evaluation to staff, quality team by educate, train, and provide feedback to colleagues on all aspects of Quality and Sensory.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s Degree in food sciences, food technology or related fields.

1 year of experience in QA or QS function in food industries.

Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Food safety and quality system knowledge in food manufacturing.

Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and BRC.
