Foreman/Operation Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to Project Director/Project Manager/Team Leader
• Plan, coordinate and work on site to ensure effective implementation and timely completion of project
• Liaise with clients/consultants/landlord to discuss site issues pertaining to project
• Site management to ensure proper control of cleanliness and work safety
• Conduct quality check on site to ensure good workmanship and construct according to approved shop drawing
• Daily update of site progress and preparation of weekly progress photo reports
• Issue of Purchase Order
• Frequent travel for oversea projects if required
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong technical knowledge in construction/interior works
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
• Able to work on night shift and irregular working hour
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in interior fit-out industry, Manager role will apply for experience candidate
• Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill
• Able to communicate in English will be an added advantage
