หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls.
• Coordinate student pickups/drop-offs throughout the day, and item deliveries as per daily requests
• • Ensure excellent customer relations by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns, escalating to the Parent Ambassador and Marketing Director. • Offer support and assistance to parents and students during special events or activities
• • Keep abreast of school policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
• • Engage with customers across various communication channels and provide prompt responses to their queries.
• • Collaborate with different departments to enhance service delivery for parents and students.
