Business Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Manage & Drive all BI data and CRM system including ERP Program
• Develop and Research for sales forecasts, targets, and budgets in collaboration with the sales team.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives and achieve set targets.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to continually improve business development strategies.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure the project is delivered within the financial scope.
• Problem-Solving: Actively resolve project issues, conflicts, and challenges, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables and deadlines.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, documentation, and project closeout reports to track performance and success metrics.
• Assess the company’s existing operations and propose areas for improvement and growth.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including trends, regulations, and technologies.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively.
