Performs day-to-day computer and network systems operations such as performance monitoring, configuration, maintenance, and repair.

Develops new application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.

Establishes, maintains and manages users accounts. Installs, modifies, and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems.

Monitor data center and computer host systems including hardware and software.

Stays current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommends ways for the company to take advantage of new technology.

Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot infrastructure of server.

Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, CI/CD Pipeline, security, network, etc.)

Diagnose and resolve incidents related to servers and their components

Perform incidents, problems, and escalation management for own area of responsibility

Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
