- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing and working with the Sales team. - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's Sale channels both Online and Offline. - Planning and prioritizing sales activities and customers/channels contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales. - Handling the development of a strong customer relationship ensures customer satisfaction. - Monitoring and report on sales and competitor activities and product-relevant market analysis and reports for management.

- Thai Nationality only, Age: 25-35 years. - Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. - At least 1-3 years’ experience in Retail or Wholesale channels - Experience in Fragrance and Skincare retail business would be a plus - Able to travel upcountry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. - Good interpersonal, high energetic, proactive, and organizational skills. - Positive attitude and able to work under challenging assignments, good handle with pressure. - Base Salary + high commission
