Job Description ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product, cx, and development to deliver workflows and product features. ● Develop product roadmap to align with business objectives and product strategies. ● Plan product releases and experimental. ● Collaborate with related teams to conduct customer & market research to identify the right features and prioritization. ● Monitor product performance and deliver a solid plan to continue improving customer satisfaction. ● Partner closely with UX/UI designers, lead a development squad, run agile sprint ceremonies, and serve as the voices of the customers. ● Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to maximize the impact of your product. ● Other tasks assigned.
