Executive Chef

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To ensure that all kitchens provide nutritious, safe, eye-appealing, properly flavored food.
• To organize other duties run smooth such as menu planning, preparation of budgets, and maintaining of payroll, food cost, and other records and specific duties involving food preparation are the establishment of quality standards, training of employees in cooking methods, presentation techniques, portion control, and retention of nutrients.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
• Acknowledged managerial skills
• Minimum of 5 years food of cuisine management experience, preferably in the luxury setting, lifestyle resort.
• A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of HACCP guidelines
• Computer literate in the Windows environment
• Languages: fluent in English, knowledge of Thai language is beneficial
