Financial Controller

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with the regional teams and execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with month-end close checklist.
• Analyze and communicate audits of profit and loss accounts and consolidated balance sheets. Responsible for the accuracy of the company's financial statements.
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliation – follow up on open items and rectify any anomalies encountered.
• Review and approve journal entries.
• Responsible for all management accounting entries
• Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field and/or accountant / audit role and people management experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices with expertise in the use of relevant accounting software.
• Strong communication and excellent presentation skills, expressing ideas and expectations clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional leadership skills. Focused on attracting, retaining and developing high performing teams. Consistently demonstrates the Leadership Commitments
