Transport Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control and handling the daily delivery to meet with specific customer requirements and our KPI
• Set up the daily delivery routing with effective cost and well plan organized with CSR team, and transport subcontractor
• Ensure the item description, qty, batch no must to accurate as same as the delivery documents (picking list, COA, invoice etc) including the sufficient packaging condition before loading the product into truck
• Troubleshot and managed the daily transportation problem
• Preparation the daily and monthly delivery and invoice return report for tracking and tracing
• Lead and control all drivers and helper to follow with Caldic standard procedure/instruction and safety regulation including using personal protective equipment (PPE) for chemical delivery
• Monitor and review of driver performance for more productive and efficiency
• Initiate and improve the process, equipment or any resources for continuous improvement
• Build up a Logistics and customer information for analysis and planning

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field, preferred in Logistics or Transportation management
• Minimum 3 years’ supervision experience in Chemical business
• Experience background in Logistics businesses preferred
• Good command of English, writing, speaking and reading
• Computer literate and JDE and Transportation Management System (TMS) will be added advantage
• Strong analytical skills and Flexible to operate in order to meet with shorten timeline and satisfy our customer needs
• Able to work under pressure, and routine daily work with accuracy
