Medical Receptionist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Greeting patients upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures
• Managing phone calls, online chat, and emails from patients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining organisation at the front desk and throughout the office
• Scheduling appointments and arranging any follow-ups sessions for patients
• Reminding patients of upcoming appointments via phone and email
• Utilising computer systems, including MS Office software, to manage patient records and administrative tasks
• Processing payments and handling financial transactions with patients
• Assisting patients with completing forms and addressing their inquiries

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in English (Communication, reading, and writing)
