Sales Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• *Responsible for bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales activities . *Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technical features and benefits to potential customers. *Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, bids, and quotations for sales opportunities. *Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process. *Conduct technical discussions with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide product expertise. *Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions. *Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements. *Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships. *Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and achieve targets. *Act as a liaison between the customer and the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. *Travel to customer sites as required to support sales activities. * ติดต่อและออกพบลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้า * จัดทำใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า และติดตามการสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า * วางแผนการขาย กระตุ้นยอดขาย สร้างยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย * วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย ประเมินปัญหา จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย * สร้างความไว้วางใจและสร้างสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อลูกค้า

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะการสื่อสาร
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ขั้นพื้นฐานได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ขายงาน Industrial Automation, Control PLC, HMI, Sensor และ IoT จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
