Quality Administrator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist the Quality Manager in setting up specific criteria for product or service quality.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
• Assist in ensuring that the company’s products or services comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• Support the Quality Manager in conducting regular audits of processes, materials, products, and services
• Maintain and update audit documentation and records.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for product or service improvement.
• Support the Quality Manager in communicating feedback insights to relevant departments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good command of English and Thai
• Proven experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
