หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Own full cycle recruitment across multiple business units, from workforce planning, sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding

Lead hiring for high volume frontline and Mass roles, as well as specialized Technology positions

Partner with line managers and HRBPs to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring plans

Design and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, agencies and talent pools

Build and manage TA dashboards, track key metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and provide insights to management

Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process

Coach and upskill TA team members on interview techniques, assessment methods and stakeholder management

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field

At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven experience in both Mass and Tech hiring

Minimum 3 years in a senior or lead role managing stakeholders or a small team

Hands on experience in Employer Branding or Recruitment Marketing is required

Data driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and ATS or HRIS systems

Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with a high sense of ownership and attention to detail

Good command of Thai and English
