หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Customer complaint Management-Ensure that complaint from the customer are investigated and that corrective and preventive action is carried out. - Organise working groups to solve quality problems when necessary - Conduct internal and external Quality audits for ISO9001,IATF16949. - Implement and maintain ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management systems in the company. - Conduct Quality related training for all levels of employees. - Monitor process stability and process capability values.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Engineering(Mechanical) ,Engineering (Mechatonic/Electromechanical) At least 3 Years of wire Harness manufacturing experience plus experience in automotive of electrical. Experience in assessment of Quality issues ,implementation of containment activities and root cause analysis problem solving techniques. Effective customer communication skills. Strong analytical abilities Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and professional communication skills with senior leadership. Certificated internal auditor for ISO9001 , IATF16949. Understading of IATF16949 core tools-SPC,FMEA,APAP,MSA know how to operate and program smart scope and CMM Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
