Senior Project Finance Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintain positive relationships with bank and financial institution.
• Building financial models on responsible projects to update actual performance as well as to prepare financial analysis on various assigned scenarios.
• Construct feasibility study.
• Analyzing actual operating results and identifying key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantifies actual results versus forecast.
• Preparing of financial information for BOD/ shareholders/ bankers Analyze and recommend appropriate assumptions with various scenarios used in the financial model.
• Perform the investment valuation and presentation for management approval.
• Deal and negotiate with financial institutions and potential investors to ensure reasonable commercial terms for the Company.
• Explore and recommend financing alternatives for the Company Review loan agreements, any transaction related agreements and provide comments on the commercial and financial terms.
• Ad hoc report or task as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Male/Female.
• 3 years experiences in propery industrial, project finance advisory, financial project management, business analysis, forecasting, or financial feasibility study.
• Solid background in financial modelling, M&A, project finance, due diligence and project feasibility.
• Experience in project and structure financing Strategic thinking, self-motivated, multi-tasking, collaborating, open-minded and good team player.
• Open-minded for learning various assignments with high commitment on transaction success.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Canva and good command in English.
