Technical support. Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical presentations, and answering customer inquiries.
Solution design. Work with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions that meet their needs.
Collaborate with the sales and design development teams to satisfy customers' needs, present corporate projects, and provide sales support.
Documentation. Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to support the sales process.
Customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Create and implement programs to increase sales and services.
Estimate project costs and resolve technical concerns with internal departments and customers.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related fields.
Male or female aged 30 or older.
At least 3 years of experience in project sales or project design/full system design (Turn Key Project).
Strong knowledge and comprehension of civil engineering and construction systems.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
Be eager to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
Good English speaking, reading, and writing abilities are required because you will be communicating with overseas customers on difficult technical issues on a daily basis.
Have a personal car and a driver's license.
