Responsible

Oversee the overall quality, standards, and safety of all camps and short-term programs

Design and manage programs that are distinctive, well-structured, and meet international standards

Recruit, train, and manage teachers and support staff

Build a positive working culture and continuously develop team capabilities

Establish operational systems, reporting, and performance tracking

Manage relationships with parents, students, schools, and partner organizations

Plan marketing strategies, expand networks, and develop new programs based on market demand

Control budgets, costs, and overall financial performance of the camps and programs

Knowledge and competence qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in project management or team management

Good command of Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above)

English communication skills will be a strong advantage

Experience in student camps, educational programs, or youth programs is a strong plus
