Assist in preparing lessons + creating a positive classroom environment

Communicate with parents and update them on their child’s progress

Support children in building confidence, independence, and essential life skills

Help with snack preparation, serving meals, and cleaning up after meals and activities.

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the classroom, including sanitizing toys and materials regularly.

Provide individualized support to children during activities, guiding them in using Montessori materials appropriately.

Passionate about working with kids, patient, and full of positive energy

Great communication skills & a team player

Experience in Montessori or early childhood education is a big plus!

At least 1 year of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.

Strong understanding of child development and ability to engage with children of varying developmental levels.

Adaptability to work across age groups (NIDO, Toddler, and CASA) and assist with caregiving tasks as needed.

Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
