หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Assist in setting up and maintaining a Montessori classroom environment.

Support children with daily activities, transitions, and caregiving tasks (feeding, diapering, toilet training).

Observe and document children’s progress while identifying those needing additional support.

Reinforce positive behavior using Montessori’s Grace and Courtesy principles.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to execute lesson plans and ensure smooth classroom operations.

Assist with parent communication, providing updates on child development.

Maintain hygiene and classroom cleanliness, including sanitization of materials.

Encourage child independence and self-care skills through practical life activities.

Support cultural and creative activities, such as art, music, and movement.

Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing, responding appropriately to emergencies.

เพศ : หญิง

อายุ(ปี) : 23 - 40

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Minimum 1 year in an educational or childcare setting; Montessori experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of child development.

Ability to support Montessori learning principles.

Effective behavior management and observation skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and cleanliness.

Patient, nurturing, responsible, and culturally sensitive.

Able to work on weekends.

Physical ability to assist young children and classroom setup.

Basic English proficiency.
