หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Greet and welcome new families visiting the center
• Provide information about our Montessori programs and answer parent inquiries (both offline and online)
• Recommend suitable courses based on child development and parent expectations
• Coordinate closely with teachers to support classroom needs and ensure service quality
• Follow up with leads, close sales, and support enrollment processes
• Handle basic admin tasks and ensure the branch's daily operation runs smoothly
• Support parent-teacher communication as needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or communication is a plus)
• Experience in customer service, education sales, or early childhood education preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for child development and working with families
• Ability to work on weekends (with 2 weekdays off)
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
