Responsible

Greet and welcome new families visiting the center

Provide information about our Montessori programs and answer parent inquiries (both offline and online)

Recommend suitable courses based on child development and parent expectations

Coordinate closely with teachers to support classroom needs and ensure service quality

Follow up with leads, close sales, and support enrollment processes

Handle basic admin tasks and ensure the branch's daily operation runs smoothly

Support parent-teacher communication as needed

Experience(Yr) : 1More than

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or communication is a plus)

Experience in customer service, education sales, or early childhood education preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for child development and working with families

Ability to work on weekends (with 2 weekdays off)

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
