Senior Brand Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop, execute, and lead the brand’s marketing strategy and activities to maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the market.
• Lead monthly analysis of consumer, channel (by customer), and competitor information to assess brand performance to identify issues and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights, and product placement to identify growth opportunities that support the brand’s strategy.
• Develop portfolio strategies that are in line with the brand’s strategy and effectively communicated to all relevant cross-functional teams (trade marketing and sales).
• Lead NPD and relaunch projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Aid inventory management of NPD and existing products with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and manage the brand’s budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure ROI is achieved.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials in-store and digital, and ensure they align with the brand’s values and objectives, including advertising, promotions, and social media content.
• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns in line with the brand’s strategy, such as trade fairs, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyses performance marketing campaign performances and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors to manage the brand’s operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, brand management, NPD or innovation development or FMCG.
• Experience in beauty, health and wellbeing industries preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Project management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills both written and verbal in English and Thai
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
