หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on real estate, property, and condominium-related legal matters.
• Previous experience in a real estate development company or law firm specializing in property law is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of Thai property laws, condominium laws, land laws, and regulations related to property development.
• Familiarity with relevant government agencies and their processes.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to condominium development, real estate transactions, and land acquisitions.
• Capability to conduct due diligence, title searches, and legal assessments on properties and developments.
• Ensure that the company's condominium projects are in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience in handling legal disputes, litigation, and resolution in property and real estate matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as this role involves interactions with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English is required, as legal documents and communications may need to be prepared in both languages.
• Ability to provide practical legal solutions to complex issues that may arise during condominium development.
• Willingness to collaborate with other departments, including project management, sales, and marketing, to ensure legal compliance throughout the development process.
