Senior Business Development Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct overall market research related to the real estate development industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Explore potential land suitable for new project development and secure necessary approvals from the Board of Directors (BOD).
• Develop comprehensive feasibility studies, including plan drawing studies, and create detailed P&L projections for condominium projects.
• Perform other duties as required to support the company’s strategic business development goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, real estate, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry, specifically with condominium or multi-storied residential projects
• Strong financial acumen, including expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and the ability to create detailed P&L projections and evaluate project viability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel to explore potential land, conduct site visits, and attend industry events as needed.
