Senior Digital Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Social Media Management (FB, IG, LINE OA, TikTok, YT): Plan content calendars, manage media execution, track response times, and optimize strategies to boost engagement.
• Website & Performance Marketing (SEO, SEM, GDN, E-commerce): Maintain site content, continuously optimize keywords (SEO) and paid ads (SEM/GDN) to drive traffic and sales conversions.
• Campaign & Promotion Management: Develop digital promotional campaigns to push sales and clear dead stock according to business goals.
• Budget & Strategy Control: Allocate and monitor monthly media ad spend to maximize ROI within fixed timelines and budgets.
• Agency & Design Coordination: Direct internal designers and external partners/agencies to deliver creative assets on time.
• Reporting & Documentation: Analyze monthly campaign performance, track marketing expenses, and prepare budget reports.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields with 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, paid ads management, and budget allocation.
• Advanced Video Editing: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut, with skills in color grading, audio editing, and multi-platform exports.
• Core Competencies: Creative yet data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Language: Good communication skills with reading and comprehension proficiency in English.
