Collaboration and Partnerships: - Facilitate collaborations and partnerships between the clients’ company and KOLs for mutual benefit. 3. Content Creation and Distribution: - Coordinate the creation of compelling content with KOLs to effectively communicate key messages. - Ensure the timely distribution of content through various channels. 4. Performance Monitoring: - Track and analyze the performance of KOL partnerships, providing regular reports and insights. - Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of KOL activities. 5. Negotiation and Contract Management: - Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs, outlining expectations, deliverables, and compensation structures. - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables.
