Plan, define strategies, and manage electric vehicle (EV) sales operations in alignment with company objectives. Set sales targets and monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales Consultant team. Develop and manage the sales team, including coaching, training, and enhancing sales capabilities. Analyze market data, competitors, and EV industry trends to adjust sales strategies. Define guidelines and manage sales processes related to financing and leasing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term sales growth. Negotiate and collaborate with financial institutions and leasing companies. Control and oversee credit approval processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Develop joint sales packages with leasing partners to increase deal-closing opportunities. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to support sales operations and vehicle delivery. Manage relationships with key accounts and corporate customers. Handle sales- and service-related issues and complaints in a professional manner. Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and present results to management. Ensure sales and service standards comply with company policies and brand image. Perform other duties as assigned.

At least 10 years of experience in electric vehicle (EV) sales At least 10 years of experience in sales team management Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and finance processes Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities Able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using online platforms Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure Strong understanding of and ability to utilize online and digital media to support sales activities
