Procurement Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Procure goods, materials, equipment, and services in accordance with approved Purchase Requisitions (PR). Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the most suitable terms and conditions. Select, evaluate, and maintain the vendor database (Vendor List). Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery status. Coordinate with related departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, and requesters. Verify purchasing documents, delivery notes, and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness. Control and monitor procurement budgets in accordance with the approved plan. Prepare procurement summary reports and conduct cost analysis. Comply with company procurement policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (for Senior level, experience may be increased as appropriate) Strong negotiation and price analysis skills Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
