• The Product Acquisition Officer for a Circular Fashion Platform is responsible for expanding the platform's inventory by acquiring fashion products from potential sellers. • Seller Outreach: - Identify and approach potential sellers, including individual sellers and fashion retailers, to introduce the platform and its services. - Utilize various channels such as social media, email, phone calls, and in-person meetings for outreach.
• Service Introduction: - Clearly articulate the benefits and features of the platform, emphasizing the advantages of participating in the circular fashion economy. - Provide detailed information about how the platform works, the support provided to sellers, and the potential earnings and exposure they can gain.
• Product Sourcing: - Engage with potential sellers to understand their product range and how their items fit within the platform's quality and sustainability criteria. - Evaluate the potential value and demand for the fashion products they offer.
• Negotiation and Persuasion: - Employ persuasive communication skills to convince potential sellers of the value and benefits of joining the platform. - Negotiate terms that are favorable to both the seller and the platform, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship.
