Have a business owner's attitude (Ownership) that pays attention to details, is flexible in working, understands the nature of the online sales business (E-Commerce)

Have the ability to coordinate, prioritize, organize changes and communicate effectively within a short time frame

Be an excellent communicator (written/speaking/presenting), have the ability to build relationships, negotiate and coordinate in the same direction as the company

Learn quickly, be proactive, be proactive in solving problems, be able to work under high pressure and in a new environment and rapid changes

Have good communication skills in Mandarin Chinese, HSK 5+ approximately
