Responsible

Plans and client engagement schedules for Key Accounts to achieve company revenue targets.

Analyze B2B client needs and propose tailored solutions or new products that align with their business objectives.

Design compelling product presentations to highlight unique selling points, persuading clients to adopt or switch to the company’s products.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with C-level executives and procurement departments of key accounts.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and business agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to continuously refine sales strategies.

Coordinate with technical teams, production units, or Chinese suppliers to ensure product delivery and services meet quality standards.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development (B2B) Management experience is highly preferred.

Proven portfolio demonstrating success in launching new products or expanding into new market segments.

Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) at a business level (HSK 5-6). Must be able to conduct business negotiations and deliver professional presentations fluently in Chinese.

Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term strategic plans.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate product features into "Value Propositions" for the client.

High flexibility with the ability to work under pressure and handle real-time problem-solving effectively.

Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with decisive judgment and the ability to motivate team members and stakeholders.
