หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control, monitor and follow up line production performance proactively in order to promote high efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and improve working and production process for increasing efficiency productivity and decreasing loss.
• Oversee entire operations of the factory to ensure all operations are practiced in appropriate procedures and cost-effective ways with best utilization of resources including machines, materials, and manpower.
• Build development strategies for the factory in short-term, medium-term, and long-term.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, Production) to operate in the same direction according to achieve the goal.
• Supervise and control subordinates to work following the company standards based on safety awareness.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male, Age 37-42
• Experience and knowledge in plastic bag packaging are required
• Graduated B. Eng IE EE ME or Higher
• High responsible, excellent decision, and motivate teamwork to achieve success
• Able to work under pressure, Strong leadership
• Proficient operate on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience and knowledge of plastic bag packaging, food safety management, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 are the advantage.
