UX/UI Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and lead the UX/UI design team.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create software and web applications with user-friendly, intuitive, and captivating designs.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.
• Conduct rapid experiments and A/B testing.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop user profiles, usability scenarios, and user journeys.
• Ensure all designs provide a consistent user experience across all platforms.
• Conduct competitive and customer analysis.
• Maintain knowledge of current UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally with SaaS products and web applications.
• Proven experience managing or leading a design team.
• Proficiency in design software (such as Figma).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
• Understanding of low-code platform (such as Webflow, Bubble).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
