Manage IT-related projects to ensure smooth operations and that project goals are achieved.

Coordinate and build positive relationships between teams and various stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and meets the desired quality.

Monitor and track the progress of the project, including managing resources and budgets according to the planned schedule.

Troubleshoot issues and provide technical advice to the team.

Prepare summary reports and present performance results to senior management.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Age 27 and above.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant disciplines.

At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.

Background and experience in Information Technology (IT).

Proficient in English, capable of using English in work effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of systematic and effective problem resolution.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present information and recommendations to management and teams clearly and engagingly.

Ability to manage time effectively, with flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.

Prior experience with Japanese companies or working on projects involving Japanese culture is a plus.
