Develop and execute performance brand & marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Create, manage and continuously seek to improve online advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance and increase ROAS/ROI.
.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other Ads Channel/Platform.
Prepare Digital Marketing report combining data from Google Analytics, Ads platforms, CRM.
Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals such as Data Analyst , Developer , UX-UI and Management Team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Age: 24-35 Year Old
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in Performance marketing, Digital Marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Experience working in E-Commerce is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter, well organized, structured, systematic thinking, detailed, and quality oriented.
Experience with digital tools such as Google analytics, Google ads manager, Meta business manager, Looker studio, Google tag manager, Google search onsole, SEMrush. Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
