Responsible

Create and maintain database of material master (Model & BOM) and relevant information e.g., production/brand info, Sales Info, Specification

Create and maintain database of service content gathered from brand authorization, partner, engineer e.g., service manual, training manual, service bulletin, service video, how to guide, FAQ, etc.

Implement systematic content channel management & template standardization (.com/mobile web/app, SNS, etc.) and set up KPI measurement, evaluation and monitoring program

Manage content reprocessing (registration and localization) gathered from brand authorization, partner, engineer, and new creation/production in standard content type of Text & Image, Step by Step, Video Steaming and Decision Tree.

Deploy operation and system of online service training and manage certification program of technical knowledge level for partner and engineer.

Support technical consultancy/ diagnosis inquired from partner and engineer, including manage operation and system of service ticketing system.

Support management report as requested e.g., content satisfaction analysis, content resolution analysis, registration & utilization analysis, training coverage & complete analysis.

Define strategies and plans to manage technical support operation, material master (Model & BOM), service digital content and training.
