• The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies, preferably in “Logistic service provider and Transportation services company” overseeing all aspects of Human Capital practices and processes by developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and strategies. Managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business requirements through the development and preservation of human capital, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• HR process transformation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to ethical HR practices.
