• Perform detailed quantity measurements

• Develop cost estimates and control budgets

• Conduct quality control inspections

• Ensure compliance with project specifications

• Prepare technical and financial reports

• Monitor material procurement

• Support project cost management

• Coordinate with project teams

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 2 - 4

Knowledge and competence qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management

• Quantity Surveying certification preferred

• 2-4 years in industrial construction projects

• Proven quantity surveying and quality control expertise

• Familiar with electronics manufacturing standards

• Quantity surveying software proficiency

• Cost estimation and control

• Quality management systems

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
