Project Engineer 3 position (Based in Saraburi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Consistently develops and applies theories, methods, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems on the forefront of new technologies and new product development.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and plans methods of approach and organizes a means to achieve the solution of technical problems.
• Development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities.
• Provides technical direction, information and coordinates the efforts of engineers and technical support in the performance of assigned projects.
• Creates designs and solves problems: by creating theoretical models; conceptualize solutions and applies breakthrough thinking to address design constraints.
• Executes Robust Design process of concept selection, parameter design, tolerance design.
• Establishes and reviews plans for activities/projects or plans personal project; monitors and takes corrective action for processes and systems.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Material/Ceramic engineering discipline.
• 3 or more years of work experience in technical degree
• Uses speaking and writing skills to effectively convey information, express opinions, and motivate others people.
• Willingly shares information facilitates meaningful discussion and assigns follow-up actions.
• Evolves innovation by making knowledge cumulative through good documentation
