Manage indirect procurement for Kohler Thailand’s Saraburi plant, including CAPEX, MRO, construction, machinery, equipment, rentals, and service contracts.

Handle indirect procurement for commercial departments in Kohler Vietnam and the Philippines, covering services such as marketing retainer agencies, digital marketing campaigns, billboards, accounting and payroll services, showroom renovations, display and booth design, IT equipment purchases, car rentals, transportation, and travel/residency agency support.

Lead and carry out sourcing and bidding processes. Review Scope of Work (SOW) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), draft contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions in coordination with the legal team.

Issue purchase orders, coordinate shipping and logistics, and support import and customs clearance processes.

Monitor supplier performance, address any issues, and drive continuous improvements.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings and cost avoidance.

Lead procurement-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Guide and support junior team members, while contributing to the improvement of procurement processes and KPIs.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing environment

Proficient in computerized purchasing systems; experience with SAP and strong Excel skills preferred; familiarity with Power BI is a plus

Solid understanding of production processes; experience in production or material planning is a plus

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with strong time management skill

Fluent in English with excellent computer literacy
