Project Sales Executive – Condominium BTS/MRT Area (English-speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• English-speaking Direct experience in real estate sales
• Recommend and present suitable rental properties, including condominiums, houses, apartments, and commercial properties.
• Negotiate rental prices and terms between tenants and property owners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide post-leasing support and assist clients with basic issues or coordination after move-in.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Only applications with a recent photograph will be considered.
• Age between 25–35 years old. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Direct experience in real estate sales, particularly condominium sales, is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confident personality, professional appearance, and strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• 5 working days per week, with days off not fixed on Saturday and Sunday.
