Systems Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Break down tasks related to system development.
• Prepare software design documentation, including specifications, system workflows, use cases, ER diagrams, and data dictionaries.
• Ensure task outcomes align with system requirements and project goals.
• Collaborate closely with the mobile app team and software developers to ensure seamless integration between back-end services and mobile apps.
• Coordinate projects to ensure smooth operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize coding skills in .NET Core, Kotlin, Swift, and Flutter to support mobile app development.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to identify and analyze system bugs.
• Ensure mobile app software quality control and conduct thorough testing.
• Understand software quality check and control management.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Firebase.
• Work with databases, including SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, to support system data management and integration.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems, customizing them for the organization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or Software Developer in mobile app environments.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Development experience in .NET Core and mobile app frameworks like Flutter, Kotlin, and Swift is a plus and will be given special consideration.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Firebase.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and familiarity with UML diagrams.
• Excellent communication and task management skills.
