Production Engineer (English Required)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for time and motion study, work-study, plant layout, jig and fixture design, development of operating instruction, and waste reduction. - Responsible for new job trial in term of process and resolve issues to ensure the product is manufacturable and %waste not over standard limit for initial mass production, establish First Run Manufacturability Report - Trains and educates operators to compliance of operating instruction and safety inspection of all equipments and machines - Organize task team to resolve the day-to-day workmanship and technical problems. - Responsible for standard time reduction and work together with production to achieve the set target in Productivity, Efficiency, Reject and Waste management. - Implement Continual Improvement Ideas to improve Quality, Labor Efficiency, Loss Time Reduction, and Cost Reduction - Other work assigned **Qualifications of applicants** - Good command of written and spoken English - Qualifications of applicants - Good in MS office - Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer, Printing Technology, or related field - Have experience in Printing Technology or Plastic Industry 1 - 3 years, be advantage - Good communication skills - Motivated, dedication, hardworking
