Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
