หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• BIM coordinate skill
• Clash check
• Review and assess construction drawings (Shop Drawings) for architectural and landscape architectural work.
• Inspect the as-built drawings for structure and architectural work completed by contractors and ensure they match the actual construction.
• Check, monitor, and prepare progress reports on Structure, architectural, landscape architectural, and related work for executive review.
• Coordinate both internally and externally to ensure work adheres to plans and handle other assigned tasks.
• Resolve problems and provide advice to project owners effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Higher Vocational - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectural
• Minimum experiences – 6 years
• Proficient in using: Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, and BIM360.

• Must renew every 2 years to secure the allowance -the TOEIC soore can be subrit at all times, the cutoff date is 15th of every month.
